Open conversation about the confessional nature of artists works. The visual narrative of this assemblage is in references to “Brujería” (pronounced [bɾuxeˈɾi.a]) a Spanish term that translates to “witchcraft”. It also refers to the practice of witchcraft in Latin America. Brujería encompasses a highly complex system of beliefs and behavioral practices. Historically Brujería was a spiritual calling that focused on the love of family, mother nature and the healing powers of spiritual practice.
